As co-owner of the InPrint shows, I am often asked who we use for our own graphics and print at our events. Although we often use local businesses in the country where the show takes place, who are normally recommended by the venues that we use, we have also consistently worked with the same company for many years and even in our FESPA’s days we used one particular company for both graphics, directional signage and our own sales stand – Insite Graphics.
I thought it was time to find out more about their own vision, how they continue to innovate their print service and what their view of the current trend towards digitally produced décor and surface decoration was?
I was fortunate enough to catch up with Chris Berrisford – Director of Insite Graphics to find our more;
Chris, what are the key things that drive you in your customer relationships?
We have worked with Frazer and Marcus for a long time we know they value three particular elements - innovation, partnership and delivery. It has always been clear to me that their shows, always look to showcase innovation in Print. We see this as a key USP in offering something more to the customer. We are constantly trying out new surfaces and application to print on – whether it be wood, plastic, ceramics, cardboard or glass. We offer some very clever designs that take materials out of context and create striking exhibition stands. This compliments the themes behind InPrint.
Once we work out something new, we develop the concept and then offer it to the customer. We like to push to customer to think differently and to try new things.
Why do you do what you do?
At Insite whether you’re working on a large exhibition or a small conference, your business is our business. And we pride ourselves on making the right impression. Print shows are about visual communication.
Remember the look of your event leaves a lasting impression about you to the visitors!
If we are supplying graphics for your stand or even building your stand then we are supporting your shop window for 3 days. We take pride in producing branding that is both epic in scale or small and beautiful.
We are London based, but much of our business is in Europe, we have a variety of cleints from the big exhibition organiser to the small time first time exhibitors. The challenges are the same communicating a message.
What’s new from you?
Tensioned printed fabric is something we have been championing since we acquired MTEX Digital Dye sublimation printer. We used this on the InPrint sales stand and conference backdrop in Munich 2017 & in InPrint, Milan in 2016 and it produces a great finish as well as a flexible product. You can see from the pictures that you get a great finish and digital printing on textile always looks great!
We also love doing exhibition graphics and will be doing the directional signage for the InPrint show in Milan. We can offer you advice, project management, printing, delivery and installation of your stand graphics. We have a proven track record and wealth of experience in producing large format printed graphics. Our service Includes set up and dismantle saving you time, stress and money and the service is suitable for any stand space.
How long have you been doing this ?
You mean what is our experience? Well we have over 16 years and we’ve been worked all across UK & Europe. We specialise in exhibition signage, stands and graphics and understand that projects need to be delivered on time and within budget. We will work in conjunction with you the customer, our team and our supply chain to ensure the highest quality of product and service are consistently attained. Insite Graphics will communicate this policy through all levels of the organisation, externally via our website.
