Hanley’s Keynote will give insight into the development of new industrial markets for inkjet.
Visitors to IMI Europe’s Ink Jet Technology showcase will be addressed with keynote presentations from Mark Hanley, president of consultancy IT Strategies, Jason Oliver, senior vice-president of Digital at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, and Dr Ingo Ederer, chief executive of German 3D printer manufacturer Voxeljet.
Working with FM Brooks, the organisers of the InPrint show, IMI Europe has planned a two-day event from June 24th – 25th in Munich. The showcase will feature more than 30 presentations from experts in the digital ink-jet space, with a focus on different areas of industrial production.
In his keynote, Hanley will highlight challenges in sectors such as packaging and explain the role that textiles and ceramics are set to play moving forward in the industry. Just what is the next big thing for industrial inkjet? This is the question that the industry seems to want to know the answer to.
Oliver, meanwhile, will discuss Heidelberg’s 4D printing concept, focusing on the different applications available from both a commercial and consumer standpoint. Ederer will use his speech to analyse the current state of 3D printing, identifying progression in different fields including automotive, aerospace, architecture and engineering.
